Small-time Employers and Big-time-bosses-wannabe

In life there are so many hats to wear and so many shoes to fill, but the most challenging and stressful one (so far for me) is being an employer. This role means you are entirely responsible for someone else's livelihood, well being and possibly, happiness.

While I observe how some small-time employers are out to scrutinize employees like big-time bosses, they have absolutely no idea how this scrutiny can cost them a reputation, as a person or as a company.
