I don't aim to have everyone like me. No more unnecessary apologies and gratitude. If you're working with me, pick up my pace and thought process.

Go find out because if not, I have to find out for you.
2. Never ask me a question
I need a solution, not a question. I have thousands of questions to handle everyday and you're not my priority. You are paid to be my solution.
3. Your urgency is not my urgency
Therefore waiting for my assistance or solution is not going to solve your problem faster, but make you look inefficient.
4. The ball is always in your court
Yes, one email or message does not transfer the responsibility to someone else. You are the driver of the project, you find a way to get it done even if you have to bug me everyday.
If I can do it, so can everybody else. It doesn't take extraordinary intelligence nor capability, it only takes a deeper thought process to get you there.
