What is wrong with the weather?

Maybe “the end” is approaching, for real. Or maybe the earth is mutating.
Oh, or maybe God is just angry with us – humans, and He is punishing us with scorching heat.

Ah. Well.

Today I told my new colleague about myself, of course very much summarized!

The truth about working in Cheras, is that you almost feel like living in another world. The people do not know you, nor would they know about what is going on in the world. Basically, the people here just don’t care what is going on other than their own affairs.

They didn’t know I was on TV (the show was airing for 2 months then) and some regular press appearances - not even during my work tenure here, and when I was absent attending interviews!

In a way, I feel safe. Safe, knowing that nobody will ever know about me and I don’t have to explain why.

Pretty cool isn’t it?

Cheras is a self-sufficient area where you can literally eat, drink and live. 50-year old small businesses survive until today. You stay here; You eat here and You will not get out of Cheras, because it’s comfortable here! Anywhere outside of Cheras is expensive and unsatisfactory.

As of now, the weather is killing me. :(
