People may consider beautiful as somewhat taller, sexy, cute, pretty, just gorgeous. I would think otherwise. Beautiful isn't pretty, neither pretty is beautiful. Pretty may be just physically nice. Yes, Liv Tyler could carry it off perfectly. She is indeed gorgeous.
Beautiful to me may be defined as a charisma or attitude one has within and the elegance of one being brought out intelligently. Angelina Jolie, sexy lady. What makes her look so sexy? She is one of the most beautiful girls i've ever seen.
Of course, i would not have any idea whether she is intelligent. Well, in the way she brings herself, the way she talks, she stares, these little minute moves may contribute to her beauty. She is just as beautiful as she is.
There is no clear definition to 'Beauty'. The answer to it may be just to be ourselves.
